Optional Marketing Cloud Events Journey

You may opt into having your events automatically send out a reminder email 5 days before the event and a post event 'thank you for attending' email that contains a 3 question survey.  The survey questions are:  

  • How satisfied were you with this event?
  • Would you recommend this event to a friend or associate?
  • Why or why not would you recommend this event to a friend or associate?

Please note that while we can add additional questions to the survey unique to your event (*this will take much more time to set up your event), the reminder and post event thank you emails are NOT modifiable, and you cannot opt out of one of the emails, both will be sent.  The emails will pull in your event name and the reminder email will link to your event for information.  Both emails will have specific text based on the customers membership status.


Journey emails will be sent only to the primary attendee, not each guest.  We do not recommend this for all your events, just your signature events.  You do have access to registrants email addresses so could send a personal pre-event reminder if you wish.
