Because club and spirit group leadership positions change frequently, it is important that multiple club leaders have login and administrative access to each of the club's social media accounts. Moreover, the Association strongly suggests that clubs and spirit groups share with its staff the login and/or administrative credentials (including passwords) for each social media account. This allows the Association to moderate and assist with a club's social media activity in the case of a sudden leadership transition.
