Thanking Donors

The Association encourages its clubs to personally thank contributors to the their scholarship funds with a note from the club’s president and/or scholarship chair.

To assist with these efforts, Sarah Sheldon will frequently email a club’s president, treasurer, and scholarship chair regarding any new gifts received to the club’s scholarship funds, along with the name and address information of the donor.

Sharing Information Regarding Particular Donations

Per University policy, the amount of each individual donation received by U-M is considered private information. The Association can, however, provide each club with the number of donors and the amount of donations over a particular time period.
