Prior to promoting your club's scholarship fund to potential applicants, you should prepare a scholarship application and include it on your club website. The application should request from student applicants all information the club deems necessary and proper to select the recipient(s) of the award. The application should request the applicant's U-M ID (issued by U-M upon its receipt of the student's application for admission).

Upon request, OFA will assist your club in developing its application.
