Annual & Financial Reports
ANNUAL REPORTING
Each year, all clubs and affiliates are required to complete and submit an annual report, which assists the Alumni Association in assessing performance and distributing annual awards to deserving recipients.
In addition, financial reports are also required to be submitted. The general financial report accounts for the club’s use of the Association’s tax-exempt funds throughout the year.
In order to receive the funding, the leadership must compile and submit a six-month planning calendar to the global engagement team twice a year, usually in July and January.
