Board Meetings

Each board should meet on a quarterly basis, and larger clubs and affiliates are encouraged to meet on a monthly basis. One of these meetings should be the annual meeting, and all Association members and engaged alumni should be invited to this meeting. 

At each meeting, the secretary should take minutes and the minutes should be distributed to and approved by the board. The treasurer should submit a written report regarding the club’s finances for review. At one meeting each year, the treasurer should present an annual budget for approval by the board.
