Prior to promoting your club/affiliate scholarship fund to potential applicants, you should prepare a scholarship application and include it on your website. The application should request from student applicants all information the club/affiliate deems necessary and proper to select the recipient(s) of the award. The application should request the applicant’s U-M ID (issued by U-M upon receipt of the student’s application for admission).
