Pinning a List View (+ video tutorial)
This article is intended for volunteers who have access to the club leader portal and want to pin a specific list view in Events or Attendee Check-In if they don't want to default to Recently Viewed lists
It is assumed that the user has already logged into the portal and has navigated to the Events or Attendee Check-In page. Log in instructions can be found here.
- Navigate to the arrow next to Recently Viewed on the left and select your desired list view to default when you navigate to this tab from the top navigation bar.

- Click the diagonal pin next to the list view drop down

- This list view will now be the default view every time you navigate to this tab from the top navigation bar.

Pinned lists are per user, and dont sync between browsers. Therefore, if you log in from Chrome to pin a list view, then log in via Safari this setting will not transfer. Additionally, your other club leaders that have access to the portal may have a different user experience.
This video is for club leader volunteers that have been given access to the Club Leader Event Management Portal and would like to set a default list view when navigating to Events and/or Attendee Check-in.
