Member/Alumni Checker

The Member/Alumni Checker will enable you to search constituents by their first & last names. You may also search using a state field to narrow down your results. The system will display Name, State, Degree (if applicable) and if they are a member of the Alumni Association. Due to privacy concerns, you will not have access to any other personal information.

Alumni Community Events Viewer

Club leaders will have now be able to view all upcoming club events entered in the Alumni Association database. In addition, designated club leaders will have access live registration lists when using the Alumni Association’s registration system. For events requiring registration, club leaders will see the current number of registrants and have access to abbreviated attendance lists that include attendee and guest names, degree, email, phone, item they registered for, and registration date. Clubs will also have the option to check in registered attendees who show up at events. This will allow for more accurate attendance records and check-in information will be saved to the database. Due to privacy concerns, you will not have access to any other personal information on alumni who have registered for your event. If you need additional information on the registrants (addresses so you can mail tickets), contact Cindy for assistance. This tool only shows people who registered in advance of your event, it does not enable you to take new registrations onsite. Additional reporting capabilities and other features are in development.

Accessing the New Tools 

To access the new tools we are asking club leaders to review and sign an updated copy of our data compliance form, (even if you have signed one recently). You can access and sign the updated policy here.  A checkbox has been added to the form to request access to the Alumni/Member checker and Alumni Community Events tool. Any information you access using these tools are subject to the policies outlined in this form so please review the policy carefully.
