In Person and Virtual Events

Most clubs and some affiliates plan events where people gather in person in pursuit of a connection with other alumni. But in today’s world, many of the events that have traditionally been offered in person can also be delivered in a virtual format, allowing for a broader reach and the opportunity to engage previously unengaged alumni. 25 In order to help facilitate virtual events, Zoom licenses are available at no charge to clubs and affiliates. These licenses can accommodate up to 300 people with no time limit and the functionality allows you to set up meetings on your own.

In addition, we ask that you share any virtual events on the Virtual Events Catalog (VEC). This is an internal document to help promote events in club email communications and on the Alumni Association events page.
