Following the event, please forward the contact information of all walk-up attendees to [email protected] so that the Association can track alumni participation and update their contact information.

The Association sends follow-up emails to event attendees after club event, which thanks them for coming, invites them to volunteer with the club, and invites them to join the Association (for non-members) or renew their membership (for members).
